St Peter's vs Marist , This is an interesting matchup. Coach John Donne was at the helm for St Peters the last 12 season and left for Marist. The Red Foxes lost both regular season games by 9 and 10 points. Yet Marist opens as 2.5 favorites, and I lean that way

Bradley vs Missouri St, Braves started conference play 0-5 but since have went 9-4. Lost both games to the Bears ; 69-64 & 55-37. Missouri St enters this having lost 3 of 4. Its all about the Braves 3 ball in this . Neither can make a free throw, but the Bears will have more chances to score. Total Coin Flip.
Brown @ Princeton, @ first glance 5 looks high as the Bears won the first matchup. Once you look on the court, its all very favorable for the Tigers. They will destroy them on the glass and lets break down how the Bears score. They get the most % points in their conference from the line, and they thrive in the open off turnovers, forcing the most per possession in the Ivy League as well. Welp, The tigers take care of the rock the best in conference, and foul one of the least. Both teams are very poor in the half court @ the offensive end. This being the second go-round for these 2 and both being in the top 3 on defense makes every sign point to a low scoring game. They did land on 148 then, and a soft opener of 131 shot to 133.5. The last time they met, the Tigers had a typical ivy fri/sat road b2b and had just played yale, sandwiched w/ harvard on deck. Since that stretch Princeton has won 4 of 5 , with the only loss coming to the Crimson again. Now they have it flipped where they will face Yale on Saturday. Bottom line this is much more favorable spot for the Tigers than the last. Bears only have 2 road wins in conference all season by a combined 4 points to the bottom feeders of the league. Love Princeton on a short ML price here. They prob cover the 5 , but being a grinder I think the safer play is continue our capping down the slate and see if we increase our wager size and pair up w/ another squad. Lets circle & come back
Western Carolina @ VMI, Keydets going for the 3-0 sweep here and enter this southern conference tourney on a 3 game win streak. Hmm, Their previous matchups went 91-83 & 83-78 and this only the 3rd game in 3 weeks for the Catamounts. I think Western Carolina gets the win here, but we can find stronger options to invest.
Bowling Green @ Buffalo, Bulls have longed clinched and this is their senior night. Last time they met in Ohio, the Falcons had the lead throughout, before giving away late in 92-88 defeat. Bowling Green has been slipping losing 3 of last 4 also. Should be a special night for this Bulls team and a 15 point opener reflects that. This is rout city, in an emotional environment. Think they cover, but might go another route.
Akron @ Kent St, Zips only have one road win in conference, but did beat this team by 19 in the first matchup. They just lit up Bowling Green last out. Golden Flashes have a ton of experience and only 2 home losses in the league. On the court, I don't know which is worse, Zips offense of Flashes defense as they both rank #11 in the MAC. Not messing w/ this one.
Central Mich @ Western Mich, Chipps are a tough squad to figure out, entering this one off b2b losses @ home. They have zero bench and this is the 3rd game in 6 days. They beat the Broncos by 21 last out. Western Michigan we tried to use last game vs toledo and failed big time. We had the 1st half but they lost by 19 and spread was 16.5 to salvage some face lol. Talent wise is overwhelmingly in favor of the Chippewas, but then you look @ sbrodds.com and see an opener of only 4.5. Promise you that will be the most popular play Friday, but I won't be holding a ticket.
Eastern Michigan @ Toledo, This is an Eagle team you have seen me back as I thought they would be competing in the 2nd tier of the MAC. Just now got over .500 in conference winning 6/8 including beating this rockets squad 76-69 mid february. Since then Toledo has rattled off 4 str8 and this is senior night for a few including 2 starters. Im a Spectator.
Yale @ Penn, Bulldogs better get it together here, or Harvard gonna steal this bid. On the court Yale has edges everywhere you look. Before I started capping this game, I said to myself Penn is going to be tough here. I don't see how Yale losses this game on paper. Then I check the opening line and its PENN -1! Well I guess we will sit this out,
Northern Illy @ Ball St, Cardinals going for the season sweep after a 1 point on the road in the last. Situationally this is a great spot to do just that. On the court they HAVE TO PROTECT THE BALL, because they will get what they want inside in the half court, and they defense is strong on the other end. They just can be very sloppy and give UNI live ball turnovers leading to easy scoring chances. Also I don't trust them from the line, which is a place they should find themselves in plenty here. I can't back them because of those issues.
Miami @ Va Tech, Canes another squad w/ zero bench and 3rd game in 6 days. They still do not own a road victory on the year, and Hokies are coming that OT loss vs FSU. Welp Justin Robinson Senior night, will be in street clothes once again but this team will rally behind that. Its going to be Rocking and Va Tech will not lose this game. Its going to be Hefty ML, but close to a lock.
Miami Oh @ Ohio, This should come to the wire and you wanna trust this home Bobcat team who shoots under 60% from the line! Not me
Dartmouth @ Columbia , Big Green only 2 wins in league and one vs this squad (WE HAD IT). Cashed a few times on this Dartmouth squad, as they loss a ton a game by a few points. Check this out: 7 of their 10 losses were combined by under 17 points, That's how the ivy league is a lot of the time tho. Columbia has won 3 of 4 including that Yale stunner that might end up costing the Bulldogs trip to the ballroom. I would lean Big Green +3 or so here, but lets pass, done w/ these 2 squads for now.
Harvard @ Cornell, Coach Amaker has these guys making that run for the tourney. They finish w/ 2 road games but against weaker. They lost to the Big Red by 6 @ home earlier, and its odd that their 3 losses have came to bottom of the league, while beating the upper echelon. This is going to be a sloppy game. Crimson's rebounding and 3 point shooting should prevail, but 6 points is way too much for me.
Minny @ Maryland , Everything favors the Terps here, but 7 too much and gophers are too streaky to predict.
Citadel @ Samford, These 2 split by a combined 7 points in the regular season, protecting one another's home court. I can't predict this one.
St Joes @ VCU, Rams really nothing to play for , yeah its senior night but they only have 1 and not a big contributor. That being said 13 seems high, but can't predict games like these.
Northern Iowa @ Southern Illy, I put a half unit on the Salukis @ 4/1 to win this thing, so of course I like 'em here. Ben Jacobsen is such a good coach, he is capable of making a run , but Southern Illy should grind out this win. They already beat 'em twice this season.
So there will be more to cap as tournament games play out Thursday, but so far here's what we got.
