anywhere that estimates how much $$$ bet on each game?
    hi,

i'm wondering if this exists out there....... sort of similar to what % of the public is on each side, which i know is out there on a few sites.

i realize that it might be estimated by categories or a grid i.e. MAC games in december have $200K bet on them. or even high/medium/low with $$$ values for each of the 3 categories.

thanks in advance ...... p.s. i always think the betting value is probably pretty low (say on MAC games) but stuff on the internet involving local canadian obscure tennis players makes me think these markets are bigger than i would initially have thought. apparently these canadian obscure players have cyber-stalkers because someone lost $10k on their obscure doubles match. tennis may be its own little world (i.e. an outlier) betting-wise though.

What are you trying to figure out using that information?

        thx for the response

as a very general answer, trying to figure out if you were very good at handicapping games (say the MAC conference, but it's hypothetical) how much you can realistically get down and what kind of $$$$$ you could actually make off it?

as a parallel example, i know ncaa basketball TOTALS are/were (???) very soft but it sounds like you can only get tourist type amounts down (like a couple of hundred $$$$.. meaning an optimistic EV is something like $13 or $14 per game before juice. which is piddling)

i realize ATS would be much bigger but i wonder if it would be a meaningful number i.e. could you get $3k to $4k down on a MAC game at vegas casinos or would they cut you way back?

i do realize it depends on your reputation. drunken random tourist can get way more down than local sharp.

i should note that my original comment ($200K on MAC game as size of market) was way way too high for B&M... not sure if offshore/online is massive multiples of vegas B&M. probably but i don't know.
