Opened an account with them, deposited $400. Placed couple wagers, they called me and gave me some issue about my deposit and had to get SBR involved after something I felt was unethical was asked of me (posting up 2x my deposit). SBR helped and WagerWeb reps all throughout despite the asking I found unethical, were 100% friendly and a good experience overall.
After discussion it was decided my account would be closed and balance paid. I talked with management and it was decided I could reopen but with some different rules in place which I was OK with. My $1000 balance was paid today and within the timeframe clarified and all. Thanks to both WagerWeb and SBR for the positive experience despite the setback. Wish you both the best.
