Iowa State - Why you don't blow your load I the conference tourney

It's one thing to take care of business like Kentucky did in their tournement but it's another to treat the Conference tourney like its the national championship.

I thought Iowa State was a solid team but all year I wasn't sold on them making a deep run in three NCAA tourney.

They exerted way too much energy in the Confernce tourney.

Baylor just choked. You can't blow a 10 point lead with 3 minutes to go.

They acted like they won the final four after each big 12 tourney win. I think ISU celebrated more after beating Texas in the first round than UAB did yesterday. I thought they acted like clowns in the big12 tournament. Act like you've been there before, you are no longer the "little guy."

That's kind of what I was getting at Krit.

They beat my Sooners by two points after OU missed a layup and it was like they had just won a trip to the final four.

It's hard to criticize college kids for winning games and celebrating but it just seemed like they put everything they possibly had into that tourney and then they had trouble getting up for a mediocre at best UAB team....now their done.
