Reasoning:
VCU got blown out by 30 to Davidson just 9 days ago. Vegas doesn't factor in emotion (i.e. revenge)
UMD is very good and not getting respect here. MSU has had 15hrs of rest to UMD over 24hrs. If you can beat them twice you can beat them a third time. Go Terps!
