buckeyes are and will be formidable opponent tonight....But PSU tonight at home qualifies as top rated. They should play well tonight and its a strong situational play on a few different handicapping levels. Im not seeing this at all. Penn state is horrible. I know ohio state has been bad on the road but they have by far the best player on the floor and the coaching edge.
