    ****Revenge Can Be Sweet ****
Or at least it looks that way.

I have a thread in the NBA forum that posts teams playing with revenge of a previous loss earlier in the season. I have used this as a handicapping tool for years in the NBA, but never in college. This past weekend I starting looking at revenge games, and Saturday and Sunday they hit over 60%. I know I did not post this, but before I did, I wanted to see if there was any merit to playing with revenge. I also know that 2 days is not nearly enough sample to get too excited about, but I thought the percentage was enough to start posting, and we'll all see together if this is a valid tool for college. Good luck to all.

I am posting these with no filters and I know that in the NBA playing dogs have worked a bit better over the years, so we'll see if that is true in college. If so we may make some adjustments.

    Monday's Plays:

    Baylor -6
    Siena +5.5

    Good luck

With all those plays, surely there has to be a way to narrow them down to get the premier ones

Definitely need some filters. Possibly smaller lines indicate less of a talent gap. Seems like blowout losses the 1st time yields better rematch value plus a motivated performance. Also home rematches are relevant...

OP isnt trying to recommend plays, he's tracking all teams in the situation of same season revenge to see how they will perform.

if i had to suggest plays from todays list they would be:

            TOWSON, OHIO, FAIRFIELD, NEVADA

You're exactly correct. In my NBA revenge thread I have some filters. I would never recommend playing these blindly. As I mentioned in the first post, if they show promise, as they have in the NBA over the years, I will add some filters to eliminate some games. In the meantime, I use as just another tool in my handicapping "tool kit". Anyone feel free to add constructive comments. It's all about winning!
