Two things I cannot understand:
1--NC Wilmington is now getting 1.5 (move from pk)
2--UC Davis line dropping from -3 to -2.5
Can anyone provide a little insight here? I get that NC is on the road, but, UC is at home this evening.
Do these lines make sense to you?
