Marist College red-shirt sophomore guard Khallid Hart will be out at least four weeks due to a left foot injury, according to school officials.
Hart, the 2013-14 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year, injured the foot in Saturday's 76-62 loss to Army at McCann Arena. In two games this season, Hart has accounted for 49 percent of the team's scoring.
A release from the school said Hart's foot will be in a walking boot for four weeks and the foot will be evaluated weekly following the four-week period.
Marist plays Florida Gulf Coast in Fort Myers, Florida, on Monday night.

I saw this game yesterday, got the -5.5. This guy Hart was such a big part of their team, averaging over 24 pts per game. Once he went out with his foot injury again (same one that sat him out all 2012-2013 season) Marist has been horrid, losing 11 of 12 and losing 7 in a row by an average of over 15 pts per game, ouch..

The only scorer that Marist has is Lewis, and he is gonna have to go big just to keep Marist semi in this game or it is going to be another 10-15 pt loss for Marist tonight in a most likely low scoring game. Marist has had so many problems scoring, I am not surprised to see this line go to -6 now and even more by tip off. I thought it should of been around 10, but Rider is not the best team in the MAAC. BUT this is a great chance for them to get to 2-1 in conference play & flex their muscles on a weak, banged up Marist team with their best scorer definitely out for today's game..
