Cali Poly +13.5 is fixed, reliable source from some athletes friends. I heard of this after the line moved so i took +12.5 for a fairly decent amount.

its not guaranteed but a very safe bet in my opinion. If they are fixing that big of a spread, i am guessing it will end with in single digits.
