Line dropping likes it hot. NMSU is a very good team and will be able to compete with Wichita.
NMSU +12.5 is the play here.

I think everyone is a little to high on New Mexico State. I am a UNM fan and while NMSU is a decent team this team I dont believe is in the same ball park as a Wichita State team. Wichita covered lots of games last year, and NMSU is a horrible road team and always has been. I would advise to stay away from the game but if I was forced to bet this I would go on the Wichita State side.

"New Mexico State has four starters back on a team that is absolutely huge with 7-5 Sim Bhullar and 6-10 Tshilidzi Nephwe leading the front court with a combined 21 points, 16 rebounds and almost five blocks. Leading scorer Daniel Mullings brings almost 17 points back and can do everything well. This is one of the biggest teams in the country and will once again be tough to handle in the paint."
This could really go either way...i mean Shockers have Cotton, Baker, and Van Vleet all back however are pretty inexperienced down low so look for NMSU to take advantage there...personally I teased Wichita St. to -4

Understand the size is a issue however the size has to have the talent to back it. Those guys are clumsy and in no way are a scoring threat for those guys on set plays. Mullings is the argument if Mullings has a great game I think they can stay in it but if they get down early the threes will start raining and that is where NMSU kills themselves fast!

I think this is just a great spot to take the points. NMSU will frustrate Wichita with they're size and that's the spot where they lost the most from last year. Again, good luck all here
