Around 5% of every 100 wagers of mine, will be labeled ***Top Rated. Very selective. I will be playing all other regular plays risking 1.1unit to win 1. top rated plays will be 2.2 to win 2. My unit size is a dime. That's how I calculate and track my way through the season. Instead of doing year long thread, I will continue to do weekly threads. That's just my personal preference. Buckle up, it's gonna be a "profitable grind"lol....

Do you ever buy points? And would you recommend it if our posted line differs?

Great question. I have bought points before and I will again. I don't make it a habit because the extra vig will eat you up over time. It's also shown that a very low % of time that the extra VIG u pay for actually creates a win or push instead of a loss...is very very low.

My recommendation would be to make every effort to play the lines I post...if that means buying a point, do it. if you aren't comfortable doing that then, just stay put in and play the number you get and live with the results. Last year there seemed like a ton of games I wagered on would always come down to a point or so...was really bad there for awhile. It was like those games jumped out at me and screamed at me to get them lol....was a very up and down year.

Just another FYI for those tailing me from day 1: my approach this year will begin with "less is more" in terms of games I actually wager on. A lot of that has to do with football. For some reason I seem to get a better read on match ups after there is a larger sample size of games played... Once we get into January, I will likely begin to increase the amount of games I bet on a weekly basis. As I've said for a long time, conference play and the month of February are historically a great time for me to catch fire and go on a run. That's all for now
