you guys look at memphis? I know 20 is a lot, but they are nasty. the only worry I have is how early they start to sit players, how early and with what type of lead.

I also like Texas A&M in this spot. They have been a very good tournament team the last couple years. Last year they came in with a similar record and low seed, won the first game and should have KO'd UCLA in round 2 before blowing a 12-point second-half lead.

yeah, im def taking memphis 1st half for whatever, my local doesnt have 1st half lines up yet though.

I also think im gonna tease it with the under...-16/under 135.5 I actually like that a lot (I gotta give Texhooper credit for that pick, and it feels like a solid early teaser)

texas a+m has a size advantage and their players are mostly juniors/seniors....after cummard it gets a little thin for byu....they have to come east to play an early game.....texas a+m is by far more athletic and proven in the tourney.

as far as memphis goes i haven't seen northridge ...i worry about a backdoor cover for northridge....leaving it alone.

thats why im planning on the tease. I like the 1st half bet too. I just think memphis' defense will hold northridge down. northridge is just another west coast school in a weak-ass division where they play no defense and score high 70's per game. memphis has the answer, its called D.

they have just as much an offense as northridge, just happens to be that they have a WAY better D. I just dont see the game going over, and memphis has had smaller lines lately and blown out the competition. early round, easy win for them (I hope). I do like the 1st half better, but 20 may not be too much. tease it with the under. -16/u135.5 try it, and let me know how you feel after the game. I just locked it in for a decent amount...haha, if any amount on a thursday afternoon is decent.

lol good luck.....memphis is by far a better team....in fact alot of guys i know have them winning it all.....if calipari keeps their heads straight...you should be fine.....i put a significat amount on texas a+m gonna ride that one out.....

Northridge has been through a hell of a season. Their leading scorer was arrested along with the coaches son for burglary, the head coach was in an auto accident The Big West didn't have a dominant team this year. Northridge just got hot at the right time. But they've got no chance against Memphis.

i watched northridge in there last 2 con tourny games and there is no way they can score on mem i would be surprised if they made it past 20 at the half

I thought everyone would have learned from Utah's dismantling of Alabama in the Sugar Bowl, that the whole BCS vs. non-BCS issue is bullshit...

I guess some are slow learners...BYU will beat A&M and Utah will take down Arizona. Not because they are lucky or because the "BCS team" overlooks us, but because we are better...

im with you on utah i think they way better than arz so dont go all crazy bout your little con! ive been betting that con all year and they good teams 4sure. not sure how utah beating a overrated alabama team that didnt really care at FOOTBALL is relavent in this game

AZ should never have made it. They have talent, but they don't play well as a team. They go down hard....and I think BYU squeaks by ~5pts.

Calipari wont take foot off pedal on this. Like either 1st half of -21 for game, dont see back door here after seeing CSNo. last week, not half as fast as Memphis
