Kentucky Wisconsin over under 139. Under

I went back the last 4 years and looked at the total ponts combined in each of the semifinal games(8 games) in the NCAA. Only once has the game went over 139 and that total was 140. I know both teams have the ability to score well but I'm leaning towards the under. I bet Wisconsin plays a slow style, much like they did to beat Arizona. By running shot clock and slowing down Kentucky I can see this game finishing in the mid to low 60's. Give me your opinion on the over under in this game. Thanks
