Forget about revenge, its a nice story but that has nothing to do with why Florida is going to win this game. The last time they meet it came down to a buzzer beater by you know who and that just means it was that close of a game. Now the Gators have won something like 31 straight. They outrebounded the Huskies and had a higher shooting % from 2pt shots. Frazier only managed to take three 3pt shots, that is gonna change this time around. In that 1st meeting Florida had no bench besides Dorian-Finney Smith. Since then the Gators have two guys that have been contributing good minutes, guard Kasey Hill and Forward Chris Walker. Now they go 8 deep and that makes a big difference for a team that is relentless on defense. Wilbekin, Frazier and Prathers can take breathers. Walker will give the Bigs a brake also. These seniors on Florida know that this is it, its now or never. I believe winning the battle on the boards and a relentless defense that will have a game plan for Napier is why the Gators reach the promise land. My only fear about this game is Florida's foul shooting. In any case I am all over the GATORS!

Florida ML -310 has little value in my eyes. I've had a great tournament so far. In all honesty, I've had some lucky breaks that could have went the other way, but a win is a win.
UCONN has been a thorn in my side, late in the tournament. I've been going against with zero success. The definition of an idiot is to do the same thing over and over expecting different results. Hoping to avoid.
Can anyone say that UCONN does't have a punchers chance in this game? Napier has been on fire. Not hard to see Gators leading all game, up by high single digits late and Napier hits a 3 @ the buzzer for the cover. I hate to zig zag on games, but UCONN plus the points seems the better play.
My gut says UCONN looks like a strong play @ +6 1/2.
In the other game, KY will be a strong play - 1 1/2. Wildcats peaking. Kaminsky has been a stud and I sure would like to see coach Bo get to the championship, but it's basically Kaminsky against a wave of Wildcats who are playing with a ton of confidence. Kentucky bench, size and domination on the boards will be to much.

Lets just get this out of the way because I keep reading the same reasoning over and over for Florida backers. And that reasoning is " we were not at full strength". That's cool. We know that. You think Uconn is playing the same basketball as they did then? Of course not. Not only are they playing much better, their rotation is MUCH different now then the Florida game. Giffey played ten mins and had one rebound. That will change. Daniels and Giffey were guarding Young, that is most certainly going to change. Either Brimah or Nolan will guard him. Samuels and Kromah, two out of our three best defenders, did not even play that game. Lots of things have changed, including UConns defense. Oh, and don't be surprised to see another pro Uconn crowd. Between all the tickets I see being snatched up by husky fans combined with wisky and UK fans, pretty sure 3 out of the 4 schools there will be routing for Uconn. Can't see UK fans routing for Florida. Everyone will be routing for the Dawg!! Plus, Conn has Bazz and UF doesn't.Comment -
