So far 17-12-1 through the tournament. Here are today's picks:
Dayton +3.5
I think the Flyers win this game outright. Dayton shoots the ball well and has already faced a better played 2-3 zone in this tournament. They give away a lot in height, but managed to hold their own on the glass against a way more athletic Syracuse team. They have multiple threats from outside and Cal has struggled defending the 3 all year. Hard to believe one of these teams will be playing for the right to get to the final 4. I'll take Dayton
Wisconsin -3.5
I've posted elsewhere about how I feel about the Badgers. I just think they have the kind of team that will give Baylor's zone some problems. I don't think Drew gets enough credit for what he's done at Baylor. They were in shambles when he took over. That being said, Bo Ryan is better. I think given the amount of time he's had to prepare, the Badgers will be ready. Wisconsin's bigs get toasted on here, but they aren't bad. They have size, and that size can shoot. I really like Dekker, and he's pretty athletic (anybody see the baseline drive and dunk early in the Oregon game?). Also the Hayes kid is starting to come on as well. I think the 15 footers will be the undoing of Baylor, both in the lane and short corner. Take the Badgers
