Their team is extremely young, mostly sophomores and freshmen. They have a good guard play and a big center, Reggie Lynch. They beat Dayton early in the year when Dayton was still top 25 and just handled Texas A&M last game. They are playing inspired basketball because they feel they can fight for the top of MVC vs Wichita st next year. Siena is solid as well, just like Illinois State in this spot.

Not sure why you guys are so high on Birds tonight.
Those 2 games you mentioned were at home, where they thrive.
They have not shown me any reason to back them on road.
I backed them last game, but think they lose tonight, but with 2 points, I guess there's value, but I've never picked a dog of +2 where they've lost by just 1 or 2.

To me it has everything to do with passing the "eye" test. I just wasn't impressed with Sienna against Penn State, and they were at home. Illinois State just looks better to me. Sometimes that can overcome a lot. I expect them to win out right tonight.

Not trying to sway you from this, and if Birds win or cover, kudos to you! I like ISU though Bradley is my team (painful years lately).
I have seen them at home and were impressive too, but they play different on road. I don't question their will to win and coach Muller will get them focused.
A&M is another team like IL State, like quite a few teams, who just play so much better at home.
