Lousiville a 4 seed? They really hated that conference but jeez Uconn is still hanging tough ousting Nova......Creighton got whooped.....
Kentucky an 8 seed? Look at the other 8 seeds (and other 5,6 and 7 seeds) Poor Wichita probably would have cruised to the elite 8 in any other bracket....as any other number 1 would have been bounced by the same Kentucky team.
Umass a 6 seed? VCU a 5 seed? What have those teams done all year...I am from Massachuesetts and UMASS was a lock to get bounced first round...
It is a shame that a team like SMU didn't even make the tournament.
I'd say there is a better shot that they would still be alive in this tournament...
Bottom line is I would side with the oddsmakers over the bracket commitee all day
