Notre dame has struggled against rutgers in the first half of previous matchups. Notre dame struggles in the first half of previus games against rutgers. Rutgers is going to play and keep it close in the first half. There is no srong revenge motivation for notre dame since ND has defeated rutgers 70-65 earlier this season. I think rutgers tries hard since they lost to notre dame by only 5 points. Rutgers led that game by 8 points at the half.

I am a taker. I like the 2nd half over 67.5. These two met earlier this season. THey scored 62 comined points in the first half and scored 76 in the 2nd half.
