Chicago State Should be a slight favorite in this game, but opened CSB -3. Chicago State won two recent match ups, but the 3rd meeting has not been too kind lately in these Conference Tournaments.
I guess lots of people could see value on Chicago State +3 or +2.5, but this line started at -3 for a reason. CSB should win this game, 3rd time is the charm.
