Early game degenerate betting

One early game. Winthrop seems to be the "easy play". Vegas knows this, therefore, I am on Liberty.

How does Winthrop seem to be the easy play, they arnt that far apart, 4 seems about right to me, doesnt seem easy at all IMO.
