Im not one to put a whole lost of stock into historical matchups, but when divisional/rivalry games, i pay attention a little closer.
Take a look at the last 5 games between these 2. No win >5 points.

RLM with public on Wash around 60% yet line has gone down from 9.5 to 8.5 (soon to be 8)
