It's more than just a lack of execution, though.

I first noticed it when they magically blew a big home game to Wyoming, then again vs. San Diego State, and again vs. New Mexico. Not saying they're tanking games necessarily, but I see point shaving signals all over the place.

Marks is one of the worst of the bunch. I remember seeing him a few years ago -- comparing him then to how he plays today, it's glaringly obvious.

first time ive really seen them play, watched almost this whole game against nevada, its borderline comical, throwing the ball out of bounds to the benches with no one pressuring them, then fouling 3 point shooters etc

not really, some coaches just like fouling even if their is no way to win, i have seen coaches give up after 6 and seen it go up to 15. Different coaches have different philosophies.
