Tuesday's games

Kind of like Ole Miss, at least 1H, against a Kentucky team that might be hung over from Saturday's implosion on national TV at home vs. Florida.

Why is Maryland -10.5 vs. Wake? Teams have virtually identical records. Wanted to back the Deacons, but seems like way too many points to be receiving.

Drake opened as a PK vs. UNI. The Bulldogs were +9 in Cedar Falls earlier in the season and lost by 10. Seems like they should be at least +3 here. Might have to back the Bulldogs given all of that. UNI isn't very good.

Big home game for Providence (+4.5) tonight. They're on the bubble, and a win over a Nova team that absolutely destroyed them the first time around would do wonders for their NCAA resume.

Texas Tech (+8) is playing much better every time out. Last week, they won at OU and nearly rallied from an 18-point second half deficit at Iowa State. Can they hang with the big boys tonight?

Iowa is back in the Big Ten title hunt after Michigan and Michigan State gagged at home on Sunday. The Hoosiers are all over the map, oftentimes within the same game. Seems like a good spot to lay the road chalk, or at least consider the short ML, though IU has come up with some big home performances against the top teams in the Big Ten this year.

UIC hasn't won in forever, yet they're only +2 at home vs. Detroit. Finally time to back the Flames?

Georgia Tech is tempting vs. Duke, given the Devils' game against North Carolina on Thursday. Might have to back the Jackets 1H, and chase a little if they don't cover.

I like your ISU play in theory, but I get the impression that this team is running out of gas. Short bench and front-end heavy Big 12 schedule is wearing on them. Then again, if you trust Rick Barnes on the road, you are a braver soul than I.

Do not fall for UNI - bad road team, which explains the line...but, I do see your point that Drake is unpredictable, but not awful.
They could win this game too. If it gets to Drake +2, I might tease them 5 points with T. Tech.

I'm laying off there. Always on the wrong side of Providence games. They're all over the map.

I think Tech is one of the best plays on the board. They have been playing really well the last month, sign me up getting 8 points with them at home against a young Kansas team that struggles on the road.

I'm probably going to play Providence, even though I doubt Nova drops two in a row. Huge game for Providence, I hate to play the "bubble team" angle because as we saw yesterday with Fla St, bubble teams lose as much as they do win usually, but I'd be surprised if they didn't keep this game within 5 points.

And yes, I'll continue to fade Kentucky on the road even though I don't think Ole Piss is that good.

GL Today, don't quite trust GTech, Duke has burned me too many times this year. Iowa does seem back into form, but Indiana always seems to show up at home on national tv against ranked opponents (beat Wisky and Michigan who were both top 10).
