Wvu may very well win but there is absolutely no reason to think isu is overlooking them, cause why? Cause they whipped the worst team in the conf? Seriously doubt beating tcu has ever given anyone a big head..

Far as "this the time of year bubble teams start to play w a sense if urgency", once again I gotta call bs. Just as many bubble teams fall flat on their face as succeed this time of yr..there a reason they on the bubble to begin with...

Again don't necessarily think wvu a bad play if anything cause I don't trust isu 3 point dependent asses on the road but the logic seems awful flawed to me.. Doubt I play a side but will be really curious how high they willing to open this total..gl

Iowa State is the better team but this game has the same feel as LSU VS GA ....and I know how that ended smh....Im taking Iowa st-have to---took tcu last game w 19 but -2 is playable...I see a win by 7-9

I really like WVU +2.5 here.

West Virginia turned the corner in mid-January. Staten is hard to guard and their bigs can at least slow Ejim and Niang.

WVU lives off of guard play.... Staten and Harris are money scorers, but the size of Iowa state is crazy. Their starting 5 are big and talented. That size advantage will win them this game. I'll be taking Iowa state money line, but think -2 isn't a bad line. Don't be fooled here, take the better team.

take the chalk here WV has a quality point in staten and but they dont have the quality big that ISU has. As long as ISU stays out of foul trouble and Kane can limit Staten ISU romps here.

Gotta love ISU in this spot gotta remember this is the same West Virginia team who couldn't beat Purdue at home. Iowa St is the best passing team in the country and very efficient and are on a 3 game winning streak and a win like this could propel ISU into the upper tier of the Big 12. So heres my big point on this game and what should really decipher which side you are going to be on. Do you see ISU as a team that is going to be middle pack in the Big 12 maybe getting a 7 seed...Or do you see Iowa St has a break out team come tournament time who gets a 4 seed or better. This is going to be the game that decides this. Strong play on the experienced Iowa St team. IMO they are the second best team in the conference in this is one of those games that they will look at to prove they aren't middle tier.

Not so sure about this shayman. Iowa St. is not a proven road team. WVa playing best basketball of year and are gonna rough up the Cyclones as best they can. This game goin' down to the wire.

This is the same WV team that lost to Purdue at home. It is not like this is a undefeated tough team at home. They are a little below average team imo. Iowa St is going to end up as an elite team they have won 3 in a row and after this I see a few more give me wins for them. Look for them to continue this winning streak

iowa state tired.. triple overtime the other night, back to iowa to morgantown, did no one not see this coming..plus wvu playing great last 6 games, they played kansas tough till 5 minutes left, then lost it, shooting went cold
