Very low line here. SMC has sucked this year ATS and I have not been impressed with the Gaels overall. With that said Loyola Marymount is horrendous and I don't see them keeping this close. I think this will be a easy one to end the night. Last time these teams played it was nearly a 30 point romp. Lay the points guys.

You gotta remember Loyola has 2 freshman who are their 2nd and 3rd leading scorers which means this team is volatile since freshman don't know how to bring it and win on a consistent basis yet at this level. Anyway even though Loyola has been on a pretty bad losing streak of losing like 7 of their last 8 you have to realize this is a BIG game for Loyola. They are back at home, Conference foe, playing a team in the top 3 of the Conference which gives Loyola an extra little urge to want to beat a "top" team, and I think the Freshman will be focused in for this game and playing with a lot of energy. I also like that Loyola has a Senior point guard which is always nice when you are taking an underdog because you can trust the Senior to handle the pressure down the stretch if it is close and also can manage Loyola's tempo to wherever it needs to be for them based on the score. Anyway just my analysis figured I would just throw out why I am on the other side.Comment -
The line doesn't seem extremely odd to you as well. Loyola has won 1 of its last 8 games and already lost to Saint Mary's this year by 28 and yet they are only a 5 pt dog. Granted they are home, but still I think the Public will be all over Saint Mary's here.Comment -
Nice write up. And ya the line seems very odd to me. The fact that Loyola has been paying so poorly is a huge part of why I like SMC here. When I see a low line like this I jump on it more often then not. Sure I get burned sometimes but I have had a good run this year in NCAAB. Good luck to you bud.Comment -

In years past, it seemed like if a team won by 30, now is only -5 to that same team, For some reason the +5 cashed. But this year in hoops, vegas lays these questionable lines and it gets crushed. No more "If it is to good to be true, it usually is." Just take it, and cash it.Comment -

Loyola came out in the second half like they were out of gas from the 1st half come back. Weird game definitely wasn't the outcome I expected. This was actually one of the heavier bets played today apparently so the books definitely took a hit in this one. I agree No Coincidences this line was very odd.... who wouldn't want to take Saint Marys right at -5. T Congrats to those on Saint Marys though.Comment -
