How is Syracuse not a lock tonight? Undefeated #2 Syracuse (16-0) -8 VS Boston College (5-11) and (3-11 ATS). Just like most every team... BC is better at home than on the road. However, they are only 3-3 at home. Loses at home include 2 by Clemson, 8 by Maryland, and 3 by Toledo. One would have to agree that Syracuse would be able to beat all of THOSE teams by 10. Syracuse has won and covered 4 of the last 5. Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, using strictly logic in sports wagering will put one in the broke house fairly quickly.
Just because Team A beat Team B by 5, and Team C lost to Team B by 10, doesn't mean that Team A would have to blow out Team C.
What if Team A struggled with small quick guards, something that Team B didn't have, but Team C does?
What if Team C struggles with big physical players, something that Team B has, but Team A doesn't?
There's a lot to take into account. I'm not saying Cuse won't cover, but to say they would beat every team BC lost to at home by at least 10 doesn't have anything to do with Cuse covering that number.Comment -
