USF under won despite double OT

but with .3 seconds left, it almost went to triple OT. Length of the court pass for a possible tip in, refs waved it off even though it went down.

they got snubbed. FGCU got that off within .3 . Refs just go off justification that .3 meant you can't do anything. garbage.
