Indiana St is down to -5.
I can see perhaps those who blindly pounded EI at -1 because they are at home,
but even though the Ind St/Tulsa game is in Alaska I don't see anything in Tulsa
to threaten Ind St. I also teased Ind St with the Cowboys.

No it's not the public moving the lines. Both these plays are against RAS.

Why do you think the public is on Tulsa? Look through the forum. Indiana St. is obviously the public play here. Just because the line moves a point doesn't mean that was the public, it could be someone with a lot of cheddar hammering that game. GL
