I think that SG4 picks are very good for the most part but I only play them if my assessment of his picks appears to be the play. If I play and lose it is my decision
not anyone else's . I did agree with two of yesterday's picks and went 1-1.
Followers should not fault anyone except who places the bet.

I really dont understand the need for all of this?! We are here to discuss a bit and bet on cbb...
sportsguy has a great run and as a statistical probability probably wont be as shiny as so far but show me a profi capper that you actually has to pay that constantly has great results and a great %!!!! You rarely can, i have few of them and they all have hot and cold streeks... If you tail blindely somebody dont complain!!! There are no guarantees... And usually you ask explanation when sg looses 1-3, do you ask them when he was 9-0?! If you all have frustration comments, maybe best you go for a run, get some at home or somewhere else, break a door with a fist, get drunk, i dont care, but lets try and keep this thread clear of bickering and noonsense!!! Lets give room to the sg to do his thing... Who doesnt like it can fade... Man up, stop asking so many questions and GL all!!!!

I think people are just assessing his record based on what lines HE got. If others got better lines and covered good for them but it's only fair that people call it a 1-3 day based on what he had. SG4 would say the same, he's down 1-3 and would just move on. No need to pad/make his record better (i'm sure he doesnt want that either).

Wow a lot of conversation going on since Saturday. My granddad is in a nursing home at the moment and Sunday was spent watching the NFL playoffs.

I'm starting to notice a lot of bickering going on and honestly it's a little uncalled for. For the last month and a half I've done my best to try and provide winning bets at college bb. In that time I've compiled a 111-62-1 record. For those of you who can't do the math that is a winning % of .638 you'd be hard-pressed to find that winning percentage anywhere.

I've also considered cashing out my winnings to go towards my student loans so Idk how much more I'll be picking. For those who have been with me the whole time thank you and I hope you've been able to make some $$$.

And is there any capper out there who can honestly say they haven't been wacked around the last couple of weeks in CBB? It's REALLY hard to handicap this sport. Hell, ask any CBB coach....it's hard to coach this sport! It's difficult to get consistency out of these kids....because of just that....they're kids. I appreciate anybody willing to post plays on this forum.....I don't always tail them, but that's my choice!

Just wanted to stop in and say Congrats on the cbb season your having. Most who bet sports will win 50% and lose with certainty due to the vig charged by the sportsbooks.. Anyone complaining and talking crap about a guy hitting 64% is..well..fill in the blank. They did the same thing to me in my cbb thread last yr and I was hitting around 60% for the season and as high as 63% I believe. I eventually stopped posting. I swore I would never post here again but I have my reasons for doing it. And if the reasons ever become less important I will do the same thing. Just ask yourself are the reasons your posting here in the first place worth this BS. Either way, you have done more then anyone on here could ask for so respect for whatever you decide.

I'm not complaining either... I'm asking if there is any particular reason those particular picks failed so miserably, or he thinks it was just a streak of bad luck.

In my opinion variance will set in more now that conference play has started. its just hard for 19 and 20 year olds to win on the road in conference. I relaly think its that simple. I mean its unexplainable sometimes. No reason Duke should lose to Clemson, they are vastly more talented, but they lost. it happens. Tough to predict how young kids are going to react/preform. personally I dont like to play road favorites in conference, I pick the picks SG makes that I like and If I lose so be it. I was 0-2 as I went with Iowa State and Bama, two teams that are defintielty superior to their opponents that they lost to. since I started following this thread Im 23-9 based on SG picks so all I can say is THANK YOU

I've been tracking you for two weeks and I am really impressed. I also want to really thank you for sharing.

On a side note, discussing the matter apart from deeply bowing to the master, usually provoke angry reactions from the blind followers and catch different labels, such as hater, etc.
I hope they will forgive me if I note that 63.8% winning rate without providing average odds/profit doesn't mean a lot. One can have even 0.9 winning rate and still considerably loose money with average odds below e.g. 1.09 decimal. In no way I wanted to diminish your achievement, it is just a note about the falacy I see pretty often.
