Boston U @ UConn -15???

Is UConn the safe bet on this game? Each time I have taken a line on UConn I have yet to win yet. But from what I remember Boston seems to be one of those "under the radar" types of teams. I am more-so leaning on UConn -15 here. Thoughts?
