    One strong play Friday
I will be up for 14 hours handicapping Saturday's card, so I have no time no respond to messages. Our service does not give out college plays Friday. Strangely there is only 1 game that we would handicap anyway, West Virg vs Vill. And strangely once again Villanova is a power play . After yesterday it may be a" I can't believe you like them play."
Our portfolio that started at $1000 went to $2000 with 25% of that taken out( $1500) then went to $3000 with 25% taken out leaving $2250 went down to $1272 yesterday. Oops ! I need to get it to $4450 to take more profit out. I dug a big hole yesterday. 20 units plays went from 13-0 to 14-4 -1 to be referred in the future as 14-4. The unfamiliar point spread method which is ironically at 13-0 also has not had any plays recently. I was 8-0 on playoff games , 16-4 on bowl games and many units ahead on football and basketball games. What happened yesterday is a mysterly to me. I just found out many other handicappers had very bad days also. One of the best was 0-9 yesterday. What gives.
I had to cancel my plans to take the cruise on the Titanic. It seems all reservations have been filled and mostly from people from this sight. If any of you can spare a ticket please consider me.
    Cheers

ok, your right, the public is never right. Just because the public is on nova does not mean I am hoping off. And like I mentioned before, I have capped the game myself.

Nova are clearly on a roll right now going 8-0 ATS last 8 games, 8-2 ats last 10, and 5-2 ATS away. Checked the kenpom ratings and nova is 6-2 against top 100 teams and 4-1 against the top 50 while wv is 3-4 against top 100 and 2-3 against top 50 ATS. Villanova beat pitt SU and ATS while WV lost to them twice SU and ATS. WV is only 4-6 ATS last 10 and 2-2 at home(2 wins being prov and st. johns). The last 10 games both have played 7 of the same teams while Villanova is 6-1 ATS against those 7 and WV is 3-5 against those(played pitt twice). Also, did more today and while WV defense is holding opponents to 54 ppg at home(per thespread), in conference play they are giving up 65.6 ppg and 62 ppg at home. And nova is scoring 80.8 ppg and 81.5 away. The reaon for the 54 ppg against at home for WV is teams like Elon, longwood, delaware st, cleveland st, miami(oh), and radford all were held to under 54 ppg at WV, and now look once they started conference play. It has increased by 8 points. The way villanova has played, I do not see how you go against them. For me it is nova or no play.
