Brutal day.

I am shutting down the shoppe and hitting it tomorrow. There comes a time to lick wounds and move on and for me, this is it. Chasing money is lost money in my book

Smart man and a smart statement right there boys and girls. I am 0-0 today been sitting here all day watching games and capping, and I've just had a bad feeling since the 1st games tipped so I shut it down and just observed. I'm thinking about calling it a day already with absolutely no action.

By the way, in case you haven't noticed today the dogs are barking. Might be something to think about while looking at all the games left on the board.

ok i been working on a system for over/unders when i was doing them i was hitting 85% or a little better. i know it cant always be that good but if its close it still works for me! but it takes time and i dont have much time to work them out every night. there are a few things that need to be worked out with it but thats why i am going to tell you guys how it works that way you guys can try to fix it up and maybe make us some money. this system is based all on numbers it takes the avg points of each team. what i do first is take the avg points scored from each team and add them to the avg points scored on. and divide it by two. which gives you a total and then do the same for the HOME AND AWAY and the last 5 games. if it goes across the board on one thats a good pick but if you play a game that is 2 out of the 3 i would really look at the last 5 games. but that falw in the system is that if the total is under about 190 its goin to always say take the overe and if its over 215 220 its going to say under because of the numbers. but the main numbers have been making me money. so if you guys can help me out and tell me if this a good system to use then great!

I took a little break, had a coffee, did a work out and have relagated those last 4 plays to history.

If these losses are on the mind there going to cloud our judgement for the NBA games later or games were playing tomorrow and the loosing run will continue.

I'm leaning with Philadelphia 1st QTR.

Phillis last 5 matches, they have won 3, lost 1 and pushed 1. They lost against a top 1st Quarter team, Boston in their only loss. They also beat good 1st QTR teams like Houston and the semi good Hornets.

Miami have won 2 and lost 3 of their last 5 1st QTR's, they beat Detroit a good 1st QTR team and Clippers an awfull 1st QTR team but lost to Wizards the worst 1st QTR team and 2 teams that perform well in 1st QTR's like Dallas and Pacers.

Overall across the season, Philli have one 58% of their 1st QTR's while Miami only 34%.

Also Philli have been playing well in early on in their last games then having 4th QTR meltdowns.

They have the home advantage on top of that, so I think they'll get off to a good start.

76ers -1 1st QTR sounds good to me.

I have just hit Dallas -7, love this play and the only one for me tonight in NBA I think, although I do lean to the Nets but yet to pull the trigger. Dallas in a prime rebound spot after a disastrous game against Utah where many of the starters sat out the end of the 3rd let alone the 4th qtr so tiredness won't be an issue against this young bulls team. GL all

Knicks held their own vs the NBA's best in BOS, LA and CLE.

POR is a great team but I believe the perfect matchup for NY. POR is a slow em down team...Lee should handle Old Man Oden...and the Knicks will hang tough.
