the booky is an ass, anytime people get ahead of him, he comes up with a reason to ditch things. I killed 2nd half bets last year. In 1 week alone I bought myself a brand new Breitling World Navitimer with my winnings. Now this year, no more 2nd half bets. When he got rid of those, I didnt bet college footbal for like a month I was so pissed.

At first I loved the over in the Duke/Clemson game.....it was 146....after watching Duke can't hanle the press or shoot the three....second half over is 75...sounds high..any leans??

I making an early pick (aside from the easy one where the celtics DESTROY the lakers), I love the indy/philly over. Don't care about the stats. Don't care if someone isn't playing. Don't care about anything really. I just love the over.

non, FYI, my local just dropped the spread for the celts....-5.5. what a JO.

good pick on the ind/phi over jaymac, i think both teams like to run. let's see the line first. i've been pounding on phi because the under is overrated with them. let's see if the oddsmakers have catched on.

dex, I thought you guys were saying it was 5? non posted it as 5. he's a JO anyways. haha. It'll be higher by tomorrow cuz it's a boston bookie, and all of his guys take the celts anyways. so maybe I'll just have to see how my games go tonight and suck it up and throw down heavy on the celts before the AM where it will be higher.

pho3nix32, the total line is 214.5. which is pretty low for what i see the total being. Again, I dont care about any other factors. I'm just going with my gut on this one. I see it beeing around 225 though.

I know it's not good. if anyone - dex- knows what my current record is, please let me know. but anyways, here is the gift. suns/warriors 1st half over. I dont care what your book has it at, TAKE IT. they will both come out scoring, I cant take 1st half bets anymore, but I took the over for the game. even if I lose, I KNOW both teams will come out firing 1st half. look for a 120+ point 1st half

dex, I think my jay plays are 1-3 or 2-4. I had one horrible day where I lost 2 of them. But I'm pretty confident this 1st half will cash. If I could take it I would...which makes it even better. Imagine when you love a bet, but can't take it - those are the ones that win.
