Beyond angry. After I lost my all my parlays I decided I'm going to send $300 and take Syracuse and sell points to make them (I think) it was -4.5 +422....Dont remember the exact number, but was going to max sell points....might of been in the 500s. I login to heirtage at 8:15 cst and ask how long I have to send money. He says "830 PST sir". Cool so I send $300 and wait...and wait. 15 minutes before tip I goto live chat and they say "the processor closed a hour ago due to a holiday"....well wtf I wasn't told this I wouldn't have sent money
Wtf??? So we go back and forth and back and forth. The Syracuse game tips off and they give me a $75 free play....after tip. So I stuck it on Lasalle.
Such BS. They wouldn't credit me a measly $300 after all the $$ I've given them for march madness. Sent them tracking info, everything.
