The flagrants are being handed out way too liberally

Agreed. Refs are simply enforcing a rule. It is the rule that needs to be changed. They need to allow offensive players to have their own space. Tired of watching these defenders being nose to nose and then drawing flagrants because they get elbowed in the face. The offensive player should be allowed to have some sort of space.

Bullshit ass rule to allow refs more airtime. They're trying to be innovative like the NFL but it's a bunch of nothing. Coaches are teaching players to fake injury if they get an elbow while not giving the player room to move.

This shit along with the stupid slide and get a charge call is ruining the game. If a guy isn't playing defense they should never give up a charge.

It is such a frustrating rule as it can change the momentum of the game drastically giving the opposing team two shots and possession.
