The Pac 10 is surprising a lot of people so far. How deep will they go? Oregon may be the best of the teams left from the Pac 10.
My reason:
Dominic Artis--who will stop him?

Ducks has a balance attack, they don't rely on a 1 or 2 players to score...will the Altman be start enough to find the mismatch vs the Billikens D???
Crowd should be pro-Ducks

IF Oregon wins, it will be because they won the offensive rebounding battle and converted those opps into points.

who is surprising from the pac? UCLA looked awesome last night. cal's win @ home over the showgirls isn't a surprise. Colorado couldn't get it done. No surprises here. Okie ST. sucked and I think most people here had Oregon beating them.

Play the under. StL should be able to slow the pace a little and keep the game from becoming a track meet

St. Louis is the trendy pick, Oregon is underrated and on a mission.
I'm on Oregon because it seems like everyone else is on St. Louis.

SLU has three guards as quick as him... and are veterans, Sr Mitchell, Jr McCaull, and Jr Jett.
They are all excellent defenders. Ate up VCU twice, pounded VCU twice. Arits is good but SLU is the best "D" he has faced... plenty of help "D" on SLU, too... they rotate 5 bigs and a tweener, 9 total play minutes and never stop running.
Majerus was the king of teaching the kids that relentles team "D" and rebounding wins games.
I dont like west coast game, Oregon fans will be flying in... and west coast refs... and Nike would like Oregon in the Sweet Sixteen. But SLU is underrated, laughing that one guys says he is going against them since they are popular. I think they have covered the spread about 15 of last 16, and most of the time by 8-18 points. Not squeaking by... I respect Oregon, they are good. But... Take SLU -4, BIG.

I don't think Oregon wins, but one advantage they do have is that they are playing somewhat close to home. They will definitely have the "home crowd." Whereas SLU has to travel all the way out West.
I think it is funny that the selection committee underseeded both Oregon and Cal, yet they kept them close to home. Oregon and Cal get to play close to home, while Cuse and SLU have to come all the way out to the westcoast.
