I was thinking about taking Norfolk State +16 but I am not here is the reason. Virginia is undefeated at home this year. They bet Duke with Kelly at home. I would be very cautious about taking Norfolk State with 16 this could be a Virginia blowout. Historically Home teams play well in the NIT.
