Vegas Money Line Parlay for NCAA Tourney Question..

This may be a stupid question but I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not you can bet a money line parlay on NCAA tourney games in Vegas? at all casinos?

I would assume so, just that there may be some limits?

If so any ideas of who you guys might like in one for the first round games?

you can only bet money line when the money line is available for that game and yes you can parlay them.
