That's why I stopped using 5dimes. They have great lines and options but if you're betting within 10mins of game time, it's a crapshoot if you'll even be able to login. On a smartphone device, forget about it.

I remember Bet365 had some problems 2-3 weeks ago and I am pretty sure nobody is laughing at them ... the only difference was that Bet365 were quick to post the "technical problem" screen on their main page

I think everybody has a different experience. I just cashed out $500 with them about a month ago. Such a small amount though, maybe that was why it is so easy for me.

Not just the payouts... Theyre so late on posting lines. They wait until all the market adjusting goes on and you can rarely get an early line if ever.

The only time other than yesterday when I had an issue getting 5Dimes to come up close to tip was during NFL from time to time. Overall payouts have been smooth and their huge selection is what I like.

5dimes is top notch. Especially for anyone in the U.S Yes they have trouble on occasion with servers but this is easily avoidable by accessing their numerous mirror sites.
