You set yourself up for a FREE $500 payout if you hedged!! How could you NOT hedge THAT play and take the gauranteed 500?? And from only 2 bucks, that would of been the best 500 payout ever, and if you hedged, it was a WINNER $500 either way!!!!! Even if you didn't have money in your account, I would of dep 500 and hedged, no questions asked. Now if this game flops, your 500 without blinking is done. I know it's only 2 bucks, but when you set yourself up for a HUGE payout with the hedge, MOST of us would do that in a heartbeat. 500 is a great payout from 2 dollars, but to each his own I guess...... NOT hedging, I would never understand that in this situation, ever.
