Why is Nova favored over Gtown???

I am confused at this line and the movement. GTown has owned this series winning eight of the last nine and are on a 11 game winning streak. Otto Porter is playing great basketball leading to the Hoyas to a possible Big East title. I would believe that the Hoyas would not want to play Syracuse, a game that could determine their position if they lose tonight. I know that it is senior night for Wildcats but I do not think they can stay with the Hoyas. Any input on this game would be appreciated.
