When the futures come out I'll be on Illinois State and Wichita State to win the MVC tournament.

Winning the MVC tournament futures:
Illinois State +800
Indiana State +800

I didn't like what Wichita State was at. Didn't see that as good value. Arop should be back from his suspension for Indiana State. Illinois State is the type of team that could make that lucky run of winning three games in three days. These two teams offer the greatest value for the futures available.

I don't think Evansville can beat Indiana State and Creighton. Colt Ryan can only do so much. I see the winner coming out of the Wichita State Illinois State game in the semis.

Arch Madness Friday Games:

Indiana State +2.5
-I honestly think Arop will be playing. Lansing has to realize State can't win without him. The odds makers have this capped with Manny OUT. So if they announce that he is playing before the game expect to see a large line movement. Plus its tough to beat a team after crushing a team six days ago, IMO. Really like the Sycamores here. If the trees hold these guys to low 60's its an easy win for Indiana State.

Illinois State pk
-Ill State is a good team. They made it to the finals last year and I expect that type of run again this season. Jackie Carmichael can put this team on his back and will them to victory. Illy State rolls in this one by 7+.

Will also be looking into Drake over Creighton.

Too many variables as other games could have upsets which might end up making them faves in future games.

I will not be taking Drake SU. Simply because a play in game winner has never beaten a 1 or 2 seed. So it is kind of like not taking a 16 seed over a 1 SU in the NCAA tourney. And Lville Kid, it will benefit you to take Evansville right before tip. I think that line will only approach closer to a pk. Especially if Arop is playing. As for Arop, Evansville's coach Marty Simmons seemed to believe that he will be playing. Lansing still is saying it is "day-to-day", but I would expect him to be playing. If he isn't the season is most likely over.. As soon as I find out about Arop I'll let you know.

Either will be a super close game or CU rolls by 20+. Both are 3 point threats only.

Let's go Creighton. They've been looking alive and like the team they were 1st half of the season recently, especially with that HUGE win over Wichita State.

WSU game was best Creighton game I've been to. Student section was filled 3 hours before tip off. As usual I got myself front row seats though. Pregame dunking a la Miami Heat was sick

Heading down to StL soon, hope to be in attendance at the games and celebrating in revelry the entire weekend.

Hello all! Just got in from a day and night out in St. Louis. Loving the Arch Madness as always. Hope you all got to see the ending to that Indiana State/Evansville game. Devonte Brown had a block of a lifetime in the final seconds. Just the craziness of this tournament. Also won the wager on Indiana State. Lets hope the Illinois State play can hit. I stayed for the first part of the game and saw the crazy lead Illinois State got. Hopefully they can pound it out, not just for the bet on the game. That would put me with two teams out of the four to win the tournament with 8/1 odds. So as of now:

Just started looking at tomorrows game for Indiana State/Creighton. More to come......
