Been lurking for sometime but decided to make a tracking thread as I need to make a final push to get my roll up before I head to Vegas for the first and second round of the NCAA tourney.
Still need to look at the other two games out, but i wanted to get this started and get my first picks before the line keeps moving down.
Adding:
6Pt Teaser: Marquette +7, Villanova +1.5, and Iowa State +7 1U to win 1.2U
Syracuse/Marquette Over 132 1.1U to win 1U
Villanova -4 (-120) 2.4U to win 2U
Texas Tech +18.5 1.1U to win 1U
Kansas State will be without starting center Jordan Henriquez(18 mpg) who is their best rebounder and shot blocker/inside defender.
Additionally, starting SG Will Spradling may sit this game after suffering a blow to the chest against Texas. He is the do everything guy and he loss particularly on defense will lead to a few easy baskets for Tech.
Without Spradling's near perfect help defense, Josh Grey should be able to penetrate into the lane and cause K-States defense collapse and allow for outside shots that are more open than normal. Tech also has a Jordan Tolbert which should be a tough match up for Thomas Gipson in the post.
I expect K-State to get the lead out to around 20 midway through the second half but for Tech to wind up losing by about 12-15.
I know I will most likely be betting on Iowa State too but am going to wait for that line to move even more in their favor before taking it. Line is at +2 now but I am greedy and hoping to get 2.5 or 3.
