Drexel on the road again and that double overtime might've drained them.
Thoughts?

I personally think Towson has looked like crap the past 2 games they have played. Lucked out beating Hofstra with Buie going 0-13 from the field, as they really didn't deserve the win with all the awful turnovers they had. Kind of worried about the week long rest for Towson also - they aren't a very good perimeter shooting team (although they had been doing well the previous 5 games) and I could see them being a bit rusty with the long rest. At home, Towson tends to be like ODU sometimes in that they shoot a lot of 3's when their strength is driving to the hoop/getting the ball inside to their bigs.
Drexel bigs should be pretty well rested also since they all were in foul trouble and fouled out in the delaware game. Also, Massanet & Lee are used to playing 40 minutes each game so I think they will be fine.
2 things that always scare me into taking Towson laying points - In CAA play, they are 9th in FT% at 67.4 & last in turnover margin at -4. These stats just remind me of the Drexel-Towson game from earlier in the year when Towson was up about 15 with 5 to play and kept bricking FTs and turning the ball over, and were lucky to end up barely escaping with a 3 point win.

Towson is trying their very best to lose this game from the FT line... I was wrong about their offense in this game though- they attacked the hoop and got to the FT line like they should

horrible ending. missed so many freethrows. that's the college hoops though. i don't know how people deal with this stuff, they're just kids. who knows what will happen. kid could have a great day and hit every freethrow or miss them all. no way of telling.
