Why is ranked Marquette getting +1.5 against Villanova?

Marquette has been playing good ball, but 1.5 is only cause its away, all there conference losses have been on the road, Lville, Cincy and Gtown. Nova has been playing really tough though. Personally I dont like the game, but thats just me!

Villanova also more desperate trying to make tourney. But I lean Marquette.

From what I've seen (and bet) this season whenever a ranked opponent is the dog and playing at an unranked home favorite; most if not all the unranked favs won SU, with about half covering the spread as well. Villanova is playing for a tourny spot right now, and they're playing well at home. This seems like a let down game for Marquette, on the road, with their foot off the gas pedal. I'm sure most bettors will side with Marquette here, but I think Nova is the smart play.

1st Post, been following for a while... I am a Villanova fan and Marquette will win today... Villanova struggles against tough man to man teams which is why they got blown out by Cinci and Temple. It's no surprise there 2 HUGE wins came against Cuse and Louisville, 2 teams who play 2-3 zone. It will be a tough game, but Marquette will win and is the play.
