POD Illinois/Minnesota

Im sure some of you will laugh and say how Minnesota is the obvious choice and thats what Vegas wants you to take but Illinois +10(buy hook) is my play of the day. Wouldnt be surprised to see them win outright.

Give me the team with nothing to lose, with revenge on their side(already lost to the Gophers) against a team im not so sure about...even their own fans are calling for Tubbys dismissal. I think Illinois rides the momentum here

You never know which Illini team is going to come out and play game to game. Thats the problem. We know what we have in Minnesota and they are definitely beatable. Force them to try for 3's, bang them inside. But I don't think the Illini have that kind of team. They are going to get dominated inside, and they live and die by the 3. IMHO its actually a bad matchup for Illinois, but I've definitely been wrong many times before. Its worth a shot at that ML....

Dont get me wrong I'm not saying its a bad bet. Its just a bad matchup for Illinois in terms of the type of team they are capable of beating on the road.

Soon as I heard williams wasnt gonna play, I tried to get down on Illinois. Of course it was right at tip time and it rejected my play. Par for the course for me the past couple weeks! If it isn't a half court buzzer beater, its 5 ots, or I miss the tipoff!!
