Is this a sharp bet reaction or a public bet reaction by the books, and if it keeps going this way at what point is there value on indy if at all?

I see this is as a one possession game, very similiar to Wisky/Michigan yesterday. I like Ohio State to win a close one but if the line moves up to +2.5 I may have to make a play on Indiana.
