Penn State has dropped their last 8 games and over their last 3 games they have lost the 1st Half by an average of 10 points. They have also gotten killed away from home in the Big 10. Losing the 1st half by an average of 11. A lot of money coming in on Penn State and the points makes this even more enticing.
