Hi everyone I'm new to this site, I see there is a lot of discussion about cappers on here so I figured I may get an answer regarding OTL sports. My friend keeps bugging me to go halves on their service, they claim to be crushing it right now. I have never heard of the service so I wanted to research, I saw some bad reviews in the past back in 2010 and I don't see them monitored anywhere. Anyone here use them or have any info ? thanks
